Все права собственности, включая авторское право, на любые графические, изобразительные, художественные и интеллектуальные произведения или творения, создаваемые в связи с Играми комитетом Города-кандидата, Городом-организатором, НОК или ОКОИ, а также от их имени или для использования ими, переходят к МОК и остаются полностью в его собственности.

Право собственника на владение, пользование и распоряжение имуществом. Собственность – сложное понятие. В российской традиции это вещь, и принципиально важно, кому она принадлежит. В некоторых экономико-правовых теориях, в частности, институциональной, значение имеет понятие гаранта: собственник пользуется своим правом в той мере, в которой гарант (государство) способен и хочет признавать и защищать это право. В современной России такой подход актуален: отсутствие надежных гарантий права собственности стало главным препятствием на пути упрочения и развития рыночной экономики, с большим трудом и ценой многих лишений восстановленной после длительного перерыва. В англосаксонской правовой традицииП.с. — это множество, пучок прав (см.),не все из которых и не на любых условиях могут принадлежать собственнику. По версии МСО, собственность — обобщающее понятие для четырех категорий: реальная собственность, личная собственность, бизнес, финансовое достояние. См.
